That’s a great idea. I’ve been doing a lot of reading about consciousness and the internet is definitely one of the ways I have to get more self-aware of what my habit/intention/desire/belief is. I’ve also been doing a lot of writing about my own self-awareness. It’s a lot easier to do this when you know when you are self-aware vs when you are not.

One of the first things i need to do when I get self-aware is to realize that I am not who I want to be. I have to stop being who I am. I need to stop being so angry, so self-involved, so narcissistic. I need to stop feeling that everything is my fault and that I have to make everyone else’s life better.

Self-awareness is all about having a sense of who you are and what your intention desires are. If you’re not clear on what you want to accomplish, when you want to accomplish it, and how you want to accomplish it, then you are not self-aware. Instead of being self-aware, you’ve become self-involved and self-defensive.

Self-awareness is about being clear about what you want to accomplish and when you want to accomplish it. You do not become self-aware by being self-involved. Instead, you become self-aware by having a clear sense of what you want to accomplish, and when you want to accomplish it. This is why we need to take care of ourselves. We need to take care of our families and our communities.
