That’s great, but the problem is that you need to find a good community service company that you can work with. And if you’re looking for a company that is very particular about how they handle customer service jobs, you won’t be able to find a lot of good ones.
If you were to ask, “Can I use Twitter for marketing?” it would be fine. But if you were to ask, “can I use Twitter for customer service?” you’re going to find a company that doesn’t do customer service jobs, and neither would you find a company that does. It’s all about who you’re putting them in to get them to learn to use Twitter, and that’s the most difficult part.
The majority of companies in the state of Utah are in the business of selling products and services. There are many businesses that are in the business of selling their own customer service and customer relationship management systems (CRM), but there are also businesses that are in the business of selling their own customer service and customer relationship management systems that arent in the business of selling their own products and services.

The fact that this company is trying to replace me because of my customer service skills does not mean that this person can do all of the things that I do. The person who is replacing me is one of the people who I will be working for. There is a lot of overlap between my job duties and the person who is replacing me.
