It was the beginning of my final semester of college. I was headed to the city I had been in for two years. I had transferred back to the area where I had been for my first two years of high school. When I walked into the career center, I was greeted with a big smile and a big ‘hello’ to the director. I was told that I would receive a full-ride to the program.

I was so excited and anxious that I just blurted out, “Yeah, I should be able to go to school here. Right?” to which the director just smiled.

After three weeks, my roommate and I decided that I wanted to join the class for free, because we had been talking about going to another university since we had been apart. I was so excited I forgot to ask if they offered free classes, so the first class was just going to be an intro.

I’m not even sure if they are going to be having classes here at school.

That’s what I was afraid of. They have a lot of great faculty, and they’re pretty big on the arts, but I’m not sure I would say they’re very artsy.

I think that the old system of just assigning classes that never actually saw anything more than a passing glance will be replaced by a system that gives students a little more credit for their work.

That said, I still dont think that schools should actually be teaching that. Instead, I think it is more important that schools give students a real chance to earn a degree that they can then apply for jobs with. I think that the old system worked well because it was not a one-off event that students had to be involved in. However, it was something that was a real life event that could be taught. A new system that is more inclusive might be better.

I agree that the old system worked very well. However, I think that the new system might be better. It might actually be more effective. For example, I see a lot of students who do not get credit for their work. Perhaps instead of giving them a credit for their work, it should be a system where the student has to bring in an activity that was planned and recorded beforehand.

I think it is important to have a system that allows students to see how their work is going to be valued. I think that the current system just isn’t effective. I’ve worked with several teachers and I’ve had students come in who didn’t get credit for their work. The reason they didn’t get credit was because they did something that was outside the scope of the project.
