That sounds crazy, but it’s not. It’s actually the exact opposite of what happens with most companies. Most companies don’t care about their employees. They care about their shareholders. They care about keeping their jobs.
In a nutshell, this means being committed to a company and not quitting. It doesn’t make you a great employee, but it means you know you can put in the necessary effort to get ahead.
