What’s in my head all of the time? What’s going on in my life? What am I going to do or create? What’s in my heart? What should I do? I think these questions are the ones that make the planning pod so much more fulfilling than it initially seems. From the time I wake up until the moment I go to bed, I’m always thinking and planning.

But we’re not just planning for the end of the day. Our lives change constantly through our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We also have to change them through our actions, and we can’t plan for something we’ve never seen or done before. A lot of planning for the end of the day is not a productive use of our time.
