I’m trying to figure out if the problem is the business or the individual with a history of poor decision making. I think the problem is the individual. I have been in construction for a little over a year right now and Ive been doing it for about four months. The whole thing is really slow, chaotic and I dont mind it.

If you are a bad employee it can be really tough to get your mistakes noticed. The people with good decision making skills (like myself) are probably in a better position to have a good relationship with management, but the individual is slow because of poor decision making.
In some ways, the slow business is good because its easy to get to the good decision making part. What happens is that you get an idea for a good idea and then you start doing it. It’s like getting into a car and driving it. You have to learn how to drive the car as well as drive the car, so that might take a while. The problem with that is that you might not get to the point where you can start to drive the car.
I’ve been trying to do this for a few years now, and it seems like I’m always late. I think maybe it’s just getting better and better. It’s not really clear, but it could be that I’m just getting better at the bad things, or at the parts of business that are slow.
If you’re trying to learn to drive a car, you’ll probably get better at it the more practice you’re doing, which is why the car is always late. But if you want to learn how to drive the car as well as drive the car, you will also get better at it. You’ll get better at the car because you’ll be able to drive it more smoothly.
